Well, in my defense, I've been busy! But, here I am, back for the Summer . . . so I'm posting these now and you can enjoy them anytime!




Some experimental sounds, avantgarde classical to freshen your Springtime listens . . . it keeps the listener dreaming and envisioning the end of Winter doldrums . . This kind of music paints a picture with interesting sounds, instruments, pauses and other expressive extensions to create something new.

Got that jazzy twang and the brush drums shuffle along . . . giving us the tempo
and the warmth of the music keeps us smiling.

One track album . . . notable and endearing to me because of the percussion . . . 
The bongo always makes me smile . . . . but the music is like an ethereal rainbow . . .
at diverse tactics to the bongo it drifts hither and yon . . . making this a most unique
and interesting piece.

Poetic and demanding . . . the violin dreams and the lilting piano dances. 
The music is experimental and sometimes minimalistic and while lacking
a melody still gives the listener pause to fantasize a story.  I found these three
tracks quite enjoyable and stimulating to the senses. I think they would do great
as artistic enhancers . .

This music was so endearing, heart captivating and sentimental that the tears came to my eyes unbidden.  It reminds me . . . like the musician said, of childhood watchings of the sky . . . how I dreamed of flying into that beautiful heaven and meeting the stars in their own fields .  . This is truly a celestial music . ..  and exactly what I feel like when I look at the stars . . .

His chill just keeps getting better and better . . . and I find it next to impossible to pick my favorite of these three versions of "Pyramide Dust" . . . all were dreamy, cool and calming yet with that energy to keep the listener awake . . . the feeling of breathing cool deep breaths of fresh air . . .The metallic sound of the  drum, in track three captivated my ear. . . . And the smooth lounge atmosphere of track one, where the twinkle of stars intercepts the darkness, had a very strong appeal; The flow of the piano and the sweet melody touched my heart in track two . . ..  but then it's so hard to tell if there was a better track because all those good sounds and feelings were in all three versions  . . . I loved them all . . .

Two versions of the same song . . . The second, instrumental mix, was Café Del Chillia's standard mix . . . of chill, with some expressive jazzy bits floating through. 

But the first track was so unusual. At first I wasn't sure I liked it . . . however, after the first listen I became intrigued with the seemingly discordant blend of female vocals and the instrumental composition  . . . it seemed to be telling someone's story and was interestingly captivating . . . This seems to be an inventive piece which gave the impression of a musical for a stage play . . . an introspective commentary was musically verbalized by an excellent female singer while the music plays on . .This piece has a split personality which depicted an angry but proud woman slowly merging with the uplifting music . . .  It seemed familiar to the listening soul.
